We had a great trip to Montana!! It might take a few posts to share all the pictures...
Here is Lily all packed up for a big road trip! This is the farthest we have gone yet, and she did great!
We stopped overnight in Couer d'Alene. First stop: Our favorite BBQ joint!
Then to the awesome park with the huge playground and beach on the lake.
The Comfort Inn beds are best for jumping!!
The next morning we met up with Rachel, Tessa, Kenley and Cooper! We played at the park and the beach, grabbed some lunch and hit the road at nap time. Lily really hardly remembers much of the driving on this trip because she was asleep most of the time!

The next day was the 4th of July! We headed to Kalispell to check out the parade. At almost 5 years old, Kenley is now a candy grabbing master!!
We watched the Whitefish fireworks display from the desk. Lovely!!
We checked out the Whitefish Craft Festival...
I think the kids would all vote the next day their favorite! We went to Big Mountain in the morning, and Dale's for horseback riding in the afternoon. Perfection!
The first thing we did was the Alpine Slide, or what Lily called the "big slide!"
To come back up we had to take my two year old on a ski lift (aka "big swing" according to Lily). Yiiiikes!! We all survived.
Next, we rode the gondolas, or what Kenley hilariously named "bumbelo."

Later that same day, Dale was so sweet to invite our whole tribe over for egg collecting, horseback riding, and pizza making!
