It finally feels like Spring in Seattle!
Last Friday our PEPS friends, Alex and Alexia, came over for a walk and lunch. We had a great afternoon cruising the town center with our matching Baby Bjorns, eating thai food, staring at the ceiling fan (Alex is also a fan), and playing with toys.
On Saturday it was beautiful! We headed to Seattle to meet our friends Kendra and Dee and their kiddos on the waterfront. Lily was perfectly pleasant in the car (no screaming at all!) which made the trip much more enjoyable! Will our kiddos even remember that there was once a viaduct in Seattle?? Here's proof!
Mom and I couldn't resist...we stopped for a stroll through the Olympic Sculpture Park and the waterfront path. What a view!!
This week at Snugglers we learned some tips from Waterbabies, including swimming skills you can start working on in the family bath! Of course we had to try them right away.
Here is Lily floating! We also tried kicking a ball and sinking down into the water. We hope to try covering her face with water and maybe even dunking soon? We hope Lily learns to love water and swimming!
