Big Day! Baby Shower Day!

Quite an impressive crew of ladies worked together to throw an adorable shower for Baby and me last weekend! This baby is going to be loved by a village, there is no doubt!
Jason had a secret "appointment" with someone in the morning, and it turned out to be Kristina! It turned out this appointment had to do with Kristina's role as game master... Lucky me, I got to spend a few minutes with her at home. Then we headed off to the shower!
Hello mom! It's hard to get a picture where she's not talking....but so happy she was able to be there! For a minute we were worried she wouldn't be able to be there, but she flew home just in time!

What an impressive "dessert committee." Lisa and the girls tested recipes for all of December to come up with the perfect creations. Believe me, they were not only beautiful, but delicious!
Game time: Surprise! Kristina recorded Jason answering questions about the baby and me! He is pretty cute, if I say so myself.
What a lucky baby and mommy, we got so many thoughtful gifts. These ladies thought to bring books, blankets, adorable outfits, handmade lovelies, baby essentials, toys, things for the nursery, and more!
A gift from Great Grandma and Grandpa Friesen, a blanket handmade by a friend.
