6 Months Old

Lily is 6 months old...halfway to cake!

Today we went to her 6 month pediatrician appointment. Lily now weighs 16 lbs 4 oz (58%ile...and trending upwards!) and is 25.5" long (40%ile). Her head is also moving up the percentiles to the 53rd. Short, round, big head...is anyone surprised??

At 6 months, Lily loves to grab her toes, and is rolling from her back to front more regularly. She can sit up by herself for short periods of time. She is getting LOUD with lots of screeching! Lately she is practicing using her tongue, but it's hard to make any sounds when her hands are always jammed in her mouth. Since The Banana Incident we have introduced avocados and peaches, too! So far peaches are her fav!
